PartyHub was founded in 2026 in Boulder, Colorado, by Preet Singh. We're a planning tool and a vendor marketplace in one.

Planners tell us about the event they have in mind. We build the plan. Then we connect them with the photographers, musicians, DJs, caterers, and beauty professionals who can deliver it. We are built for two groups at once: people planning an occasion who do not want it to become a project, and the professionals whose work makes those occasions worth remembering.

We're in Colorado today and growing across the US. We answer when you reach out.

Every vendor goes through a manual approval process by our team. They must submit portfolio images, videos, and past event showcases before being listed.

In the upcoming phase, our AI Agent will guide you like a smart event planner. It asks questions, understands your budget, and recommending the best vendors instantly.

You can register on our Vendor Panel, fill in your business details, upload your portfolio, and submit your profile for approval. AI will even help you write content and optimize your profile.

We’re starting in Colorado, and gradually expanding across the USA. You can explore by state and city to find local vendors near you.
