The minimum rental is $500 for in-town events and $2,000 for out-of-town events.

Yes. After-hours service incurs a fee of $100 or 10% of the rental total (whichever is greater). Holiday events carry an additional $75 fee. Special venues — including Wild Horse Pass, Phoenix Convention Center, Arizona Grand, and downtown Phoenix hotels — have a $75 delivery fee. Events outside the Phoenix, Flagstaff, or Tucson areas may incur extra delivery charges.
