We're Borderless Food Truck, a Denver-based food truck and catering team that started from the back of a van with a tent and a dream. What began as a scrappy street food setup has grown into a fully custom-built truck and a full catering operation serving weddings, corporate events, backyard parties, sporting events, and school functions across the area.

• Built by People Who Cook Justin and Amanda started this business themselves, and John later joined the team bringing professional culinary experience to the menu. We built our truck from scratch, and that same hands-on approach carries into every event we serve.

• Full Catering Bars for Any Event Beyond the truck, we run dedicated catering bars, BBQ Pit, Gyro Bar, Fajita Bar, and Pasta Bar, plus vegan and vegetarian options, so you can build a spread around what your guests actually want to eat.
