We provide photo booths for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, galas, conventions and more.

To ensure you secure your date, it's best to book the photo booth 6-8 months in advance. Our calendar fills up quickly due to high demand, and early planning allows us to tailor the experience to your event's theme, making it truly special. We look forward to capturing unforgettable moments at your celebration!

Yes, we can provide service for multi-day events with prior delivery and setup

We understand that plans can change! Here’s how our cancellation and postponement policy works: Booking Fee: Your booking fee is non-refundable and secures your event date and time. Cancellations: 61+ days before your event — 50% of the total balance is due. 46–60 days before — 75% of the total balance is due. 45 days or less — 100% of the total balance is due. These fees help cover lost opportunities when your date is released. Postponements: You can move your event to a new date (pending availability) with a $100 rebooking fee. The new date must be confirmed within 7 days. Refunds: Any eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and subject to a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee when payment was paid through a credit card.

CaptureME Photo Booth, LLC maintains active business liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request. Our coverage includes a per-occurrence limit of $2,000,000 and an annual aggregate limit of $4,000,000. If the Client requests coverage beyond these limits, any associated increase in insurance premiums or administrative fees will be added to their invoice and are the Client’s sole financial responsibility.

We have over 80 backdrops that you can choose from. Our props are high-end and we bring a wide variety - while we do not allow hand picking due to the large mount of props we carry, we always maintain the right amount for your event

yes, we have set themed props for holidays and birthdays and bring them along with our normal set of props

Our photo booth rental includes setup and takedown, booth attendant, a selection of props, unlimited photo sessions, prints for everyone in the photo, digital delivery and an online post gallery.
