Hal's Coffee

Hal's Coffee brings quality, community-minded coffee service to Fort Collins and CSU's South Campus, from a cozy cafe counter to a mobile trailer that shows up wherever the event calls. Founded by Hallie Dantzler, who grew up in Northern Colorado, the business was built around a love of coffee and a commitment to sustainability and local partnerships.

What You Can Expect from Me?

• Full-Service Coffee, Wherever You Need It Whether it's a wedding, graduation, fair, festival, or networking mixer, I bring a trailer, cart, or full catering setup with fresh-brewed coffee, tea, and food. My cafe space at the Translational Medicine Institute also seats up to 64 guests for gatherings.

• Rooted in Fort Collins Hal's Coffee is a lifelong dream built around this community. I partner with local businesses like Bean Cycle for coffee beans, Bread Chic for sandwich bread and English muffins, and d'Eclair Pastry for grab-and-go treats.

• Sustainability First I use more glass than plastic, compost with Compost Queen, run the trailer on all-electric equipment, and offer a discount to anyone who brings their own reusable cup. Choosing local, responsible partners matters as much to me as the coffee itself.

• Flexible Catering for Any Group Size For groups of twenty or more, I provide drip and decaf coffee, tea, hot water, burritos, pastries, and all the fixings, with packages tailored to fit catering, cart, or trailer service for events of any size.
