HipPOPs serves customizable, handcrafted gelato and sorbet on a stick, dipped in Signature Belgian Chocolate and finished with premium toppings. We combine old-world Italian gelateria traditions with modern technology, and we cater any event, large or small, private or corporate, across Denver, Colorado Springs and Miami.

What You Can Expect from Me?

• Dessert Catering Your Way Book the POPtruck, the World's Coolest Dessert Truck, for full service at your event, or choose our POPup Gelato Bar with table service for indoor and outdoor events. We also offer The Quick POP and doorstep Dropoffs.

• Handcrafted Daily Every bar is handcrafted fresh daily at our local creamery by our in-house chef, in small batches with no high fructose corn syrup. Guests pick their POP, their DIP and their TOPPING for a custom treat.

• Options for Every Guest We can accommodate all dietary restrictions, with gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and vegan-friendly options. Our products are kosher certified, and we use separate machinery and ServSafe protocols to prevent cross contamination.
