Founded in 2022 by Christopher Rice after nearly two decades in high-end San Francisco restaurants and bars, the team has delivered more than 1,000 events for hosts ranging from intimate private parties to festivals of up to 5,000 guests.

  • Full Beverage Program Management I handle everything from custom menu design and quantity calculations for your headcount to the physical bar build, glassware, ice, garnish, and full breakdown at the end of the night, so hosts can actually enjoy their own event.

  • Licensed, Insured, TIPS-Certified Team Every bartender on the team is TIPS certified, and the business carries liquor liability and general liability coverage, with certificates of insurance provided to venues, planners, and municipalities on request.

  • A Real Zero-Proof Program Every event includes a full non-alcoholic menu built with the same fresh juices, house syrups, and technique as the cocktail list, not a courtesy soda gun, and allergens are designed around when building any menu.

  • Mountain and Festival Ready Mountain dates are run as dedicated mountain operations with an early departure, weather buffer, and altitude-aware pacing, and the team also runs festival and multi-bar operations for events up to 5,000 guests, plus hands-on cocktail and mixology classes for teams and private groups.

Due to Colorado liquor regulations, clients are responsible for purchasing their own alcohol. However, we make the process easy by helping you determine beverage quantities, select products, and coordinate purchasing and delivery options. Our team handles the professional service, so you can focus on enjoying your event.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weddings, holiday parties, and popular event dates. However, we can often accommodate events with shorter notice depending on availability, staffing, and service requirements. Feel free to reach out even if your event is coming up soon!

From individual signature mocktails to complete alcohol-free beverage menus, we can create options that are just as thoughtful and enjoyable as our cocktails.
