Marcos Hot Dogs & Tacos is a Longmont, Colorado spot serving fresh tacos and hot dogs with a lively salsa bar and friendly, fast service. Alongside our Kimbark Street kitchen and our food truck on South Main Street, we cater birthdays, office functions, holiday parties, quinceaneras and wedding festivities. Whatever the occasion, however big or small, we bring a culinary journey through Mexico straight to your guests.

What You Can Expect from Me?

Tacos And Hot Dogs Built To Order Our menu centers on tacos with your choice of asada, adobada, barbacoa, pollo or buche, served single or double tortilla. On the hot dog side you can order the Marcos Hotdog, the bacon wrapped Burrito Dog, the Shrimp Hotdog or a simple Winnie. Guests finish everything at the salsa bar, which we keep full and fresh.
Fully Staffed Event Catering We handle catering for parties from 30 up to 500 guests, with fully staffed service and time slots running from midday through the evening. Tell us your date, headcount and occasion and we take care of the fine details, so you can enjoy the event to the fullest.
