Rabbitbrush Studio is a creative cafe, teahouse, and art bar in the heart of downtown Pagosa Springs — a one-of-a-kind space where guests sip carefully sourced loose-leaf tea, wine, beer, or mocktails while making something beautiful with their hands. I'm Jadi Dietsch, and alongside my mother Karen Roberts, we've been teaching art in this area for 10 years. Whether you're dropping in for a watercolor kit and a pot of earl grey or gathering your closest people for a private tea-and-art party, we've built this studio for slow afternoons and good company.

    Karen and I have been teaching art classes in this community for 10 years and continue to host creative parties through Picasso & Vino two to three nights per week. You're in practiced, passionate hands.

    I'll work with you to create a beautiful, personalized event for birthdays, bachelorettes, staff outings, or any occasion. We can reserve a table or the entire studio exclusively for your group.

We host a wide range of private gatherings including birthdays, bachelorette parties, friends nights out, staff events, and casual get-togethers. Each private event is a tea-and-art party experience tailored for your group.

Private parties bring together our DIY art menu — where guests pick a creative project and work through it with provided kits — You will receive a diy tutorial and all materials needed. We also offer guided art parties, where everyone creates the same thing with step by step instruction, in a fun-party atmosphere. Our Tea Party Package with tea party & charcuterie fare is also available when arranged in advance. *Drink included packages available by request

Our art menu lets you choose from a selection of hands-on creative projects — such as watercolor painting or pressed flower keepsakes. You pick a project, receive a kit with everything you need, and work at your own pace while enjoying your drinks. No experience is required.
